EARTH

This beaded bracelet is composed of dark blue aventurine, hand painted decorative bead “Earth” and sterling silver spacer. The aventurine is a variety of quartz containing small mica flakes, that gives it a sparkling effect so similar to the twinkling of stars in the night sky. Earth is the third planet from the Sun, the densest planet in the Solar System and the only astronomical object known to harbor life. The mythical Gaia was the primal Greek goddess personifying the Earth, the Greek version of “Mother Nature” or the “Earth Mother”. In astrology Earth is associated with the sense of duty, responsibility and reliability.
