Description
This beaded bracelet is composed of dark blue aventurine, hand painted decorative bead “Uranus” and sterling silver spacer. The aventurine is a variety of quartz containing small mica flakes, that gives it a sparkling effect so similar to the twinkling of stars in the night sky. Uranus is the only planet whose name is derived from a figure from Greek mythology. The Uranian system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its revolution about the Sun. In astrology Uranus represents the intuition, inventiveness, decisiveness, renovations and changes in general.
