NEPTUNE

This beaded bracelet is composed of dark blue aventurine, hand painted decorative bead “Neptun” and sterling silver spacer. The aventurine is a variety of quartz containing small mica flakes, that gives it a sparkling effect so similar to the twinkling of stars in the night sky. Neptune is not visible to the unaided eye and is the only planet in the Solar System found by mathematical prediction rather than by empirical observation. Neptune was named after the Roman god of the sea. On Neptune there is no water, but it rains and given the high concentration of carbon, it is likely that the drops have the same chemical composition as diamonds. Neptune is the planet which helps us break the barriers that divide us from other people. This planet is associated with transformation and evolution.
